John Cain video now available

The video of John Cain's (Natural Heritage Institute) talk, Confluence, Confusion, or Catastrophe: Prospects for Ending the Delta Stalemate, is now available to view.  The accompanying powerpoint presentation is available as well.

The next talk in the California Colloquium on Water is from Dr. William Alley, Chief of the Office of Groundwater for the U.S. Geological Survey and will be held on October 9th.
