New librarian: Edna Lewis

I have been working on the reference staff at the law school (an excellent bunch by the way) since the fall of 2006 when I interned as part of my SJSU SLIS program. Before that I spent a year working part-time at Hastings Law School during their law school renovation.

In a former life I was a corporate attorney at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe for 10 years (J.D. University of Chicago law school) and then spent a number of years in the trenches with my 3 kids (if you can survive that everything else is a piece of cake).

It is great to be working at the law library at UC Berkeley -- terrific staff, students and faculty.
