Hello, world: I'm not a "new" librarian exactly, but not yet old, I guess, since I started after the last new Librarian Reception ("missed it by that much!"). I joined the Law Library as a reference librarian in January 2007 after receiving my MLIS from SJSU ... before that I went to Brown University (History and English Lit.) and Harvard Law School. And then there were the Lost Years, practicing law in San Francisco ... and before that, I grew up (not to say matured) in Palo Alto, where my parents worked at That Other University. Nice to be here!
