International Household Survey Network

The International Household Survey Network is the closest thing to a freely available online catalog of household survey data.  The web site is a joint effort of a host international government organizations (including the World Bank, United Nations Statistics Division, the International Labour Organization and many others - see a full listing here). Many of the household survey data sets are free; others are priced.  For more information about obtaining data sets please email the development economics librarian.
