The Library of Congress, as part of its American Memory project, has made Earthquakes and Faults in the San Francisco Bay Area (1970-2003) by Sleeter, et al. available online as a raster image.
The map, published in by the United States Geological Survey (USGS) as Scientific Investigations Map 2848, shows earthquakes that range from 1.5-7.0 magnitude on the Richter scale, bathymetry of the San Francisco Bay and nearby Pacific Ocean, as well as active and inactive faults in the Bay Area. The map also lists information about earthquakes of magnitude 5.0 or greater that have taken place in the area since 1974.
The Earth Sciences and Map Library has a paper version of this map. The record, including circulation information, can be found using Pathfinder, the library's online catalog.
