Google Analytics is a free and easy-to-use web statistics tracking program. There is a Doe/Moffitt Google Analytics account established that tracks user activity on all DM web pages, including subject guides. Any DM staffer is free to access the account to learn more about how and why our web pages are being used. For those of you interested in getting the most out of DM Analytics, this session with Char Booth will help you jump in and learn about the account hands-on.

Tuesday, September 15 11am – 12pm in Doe 105

This workshop will introduce you to Google Analytics, a free and easy-to-use web statistics tracking program. This session is for anyone interested in learning more about Analytics and how it can offer insight into your website. Using active library Analytics accounts as examples, Char Booth with cover the basics of navigating Analytics, adding it your site, and creating basic reports.

This workshop is designed for novice to intermediate users interested in how bSpace can be used as an outreach and instruction tool, as well as create a research and eReadings presence using library licensed content. Includes hands-on practice with the Citation Helper tool, the Web Content tool, and more. The session with Char Booth will cover:

> outreach and education strategies to faculty and GSIs

> integrating library licensed resources in bSpace course sites

This workshop is for new users interested in a practical, library-oriented introduction to bSpace. Gain hands-on experience with several of the most useful bSpace tools. Led by Char Booth, the session will cover:

>creating and joining project and/or course sites

>potential uses for bSpace sites
